Shipping & returns

Every item is custom-made when you order it. Here's what to expect.

Production time

Most orders enter production within 24 hours. Printing typically takes 2–5 business days before your item ships.

Shipping time

US delivery: usually 3–7 business days after production. International: 7–20 business days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking number by email — and on your order page — as soon as it ships.

Currently the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. More countries coming soon.

Returns & replacements

Because every product is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — that includes ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product. Please check the size chart on the product page and review your placement preview before you approve it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, mis-printed, or is a different product/size/color than your receipt shows — or the carrier confirms the package as lost — we'll reprint it or refund it.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (the full item plus a close-up of the issue), and keep the item until the claim is resolved. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

Wrong address?

Message us right away. Once an order is in production the address is locked with our printer, and packages returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address can't be refunded — though we'll help you re-order at cost where possible.
