Privacy Policy

Imagine That is operated by the Imagine That team. If you have a privacy question, contact us at privacy@imaginethat.app.

• Account info — the parent's email address and password hash so you can sign in.
• Child profiles — a first name and optional age range, entered by the parent. We don't ask for a child's contact info.
• Creations — the prompts, uploaded images, and generated designs your kid makes.
• Orders & shipping — the address you enter at checkout, plus order status from our print partner.
• Basic usage data — anonymous events (e.g., "created a design", "opened checkout") to understand how the app is used.

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't run third-party ads inside the app.
• We don't use your kid's prompts or images to train third-party AI models.

We use the information above to run the service — sign you in, generate designs, place orders, ship products, and reply when you contact us.

Only the vendors we need to run the service:

• Our hosting and database provider — for storing your account and creations.
• Our AI model provider — the text/image prompts your kid submits go through a safety filter, then to a generative AI model to create the artwork.
• Stripe — for processing payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Printify — our print-on-demand partner. We share the design, product, and shipping address so they can produce and ship your order.

Imagine That is designed to be used by kids with a parent or guardian. We rely on the parent to create the account, add child profiles, and approve every order via the parent PIN. See Safety & moderation.

• Edit or delete a child profile any time from Settings.
• Request full account deletion by emailing privacy@imaginethat.app.
• Request an export of your data at the same address.

Creations and orders are kept as long as your account is active so you can revisit them. When you delete your account, we remove personal information within 30 days, except records we're required to keep (e.g., tax records for completed orders).

We'll post any material changes on this page and, if the change affects how we use existing data, we'll email account holders.
